Supportive living combines apartment living with assistance in everyday routines. At Allure Active Living of Zion, residents can enjoy their independence while receiving daily living support, 24-hour staff and nursing support, and opportunities to take part in community life. Contact our team to discuss your needs, eligibility, and available services.

Our community includes a 48-bed Conventional unit that is not secured and a 20-bed Memory Care/Dementia Care Unit. A dementia diagnosis is required for the Memory Care/Dementia Care Unit.

Support for everyday living

  • Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments
  • Help with activities of daily living
  • 24-hour staff and nursing support
  • On-site therapy available through our partner nursing facility; therapy is billed separately from the monthly room and board rate
  • Outpatient therapy is available at the resident’s expense
  • Transportation for off-site appointments is available at the resident’s expense

Private pay and Medicaid accepted.

Wound care support is limited to stage 2 or lower. Contact our team to discuss care needs and admission eligibility.

Residents cannot be admitted while receiving hospice care. Existing residents who later need hospice may arrange care through an outside hospice provider. Hospice services and expenses are separate from the facility’s care and monthly rate.
